I had the chance to visit this restaurant recently and overall, I had a decent experience. The service was friendly and efficient, which definitely added to the positive atmosphere of the place. However, I tried dish #44 and found it to be just okay - the flavor wasn't anything special or memorable. Despite this, I'm definitely curious to come back and sample other items on their menu. It's worth noting that the prices are a bit on the higher side for a bowl of pho, but that seems to be the norm in the Roseville/Rocklin area. Can't wait to return and try something new!

While this may seem like a small detail to some, it was important to me as nuoc mam is a crucial element to Vietnamese dishes. I must say, the broth of the pho at DT Noodle Cafe truly impressed me. It was clear that the soup had been prepared from bones and simmered for hours, resulting in a rich and flavorful broth that is a must-try for any pho aficionado.
